Scope

This policy applies to ideasparks.app and the IdeasparX Chrome Extension.

What We Collect

• Account and profile data (email address, account identifiers, plan, and account settings)
• Authentication/session data required to keep you signed in and secure your account
• Subscription and billing metadata (plan, status, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, period dates). We do not store full card details.
• Content and usage data you choose to process in our product, including saved items, notes, prompts, generated outputs, and feature usage counters/limits
• Technical and diagnostic data (basic logs, request metadata, app performance/error events)
• Browser-local extension storage needed for core functionality (for example auth state and extension preferences)

How We Use Your Data

• Provide, maintain, and improve the product
• Authenticate users and protect account security
• Enforce subscription limits, billing state, and abuse controls
• Process support requests and service communications
• Monitor reliability and troubleshoot incidents

Payments

We use Stripe for subscription payments. We do not store or process your card details; Stripe handles payment information directly.

How We Share Data

We share data only as needed to run the service, with vendors acting on our instructions, and when required by law.

• Supabase for authentication and database infrastructure
• Railway for backend hosting
• Resend for service and transactional emails
• Stripe for subscription and billing operations

Cookies and Tracking

We do not use advertising cookies. The website may use essential cookies required for basic functionality. The Chrome Extension may store data locally in your browser to function properly.

Data Retention

We retain data while your account is active and as needed for legitimate operational and legal purposes. When you request account deletion, we remove or de-identify production account data without undue delay. Limited backup and security logs may persist for a short retention window before automatic deletion.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. You can also uninstall the extension at any time and request account deletion by contacting us.

Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
