Refund Policy

Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically through Stripe. You can cancel at any time, and your access will remain active through the end of the billing period.
Refund Requests
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you believe a refund is warranted, contact us at team@heavenmade.org with your account details and reason for the request.
Refund Window
We allow refunds up to 3 days after Stripe has charged your subscription, provided you request a refund by email.
