IdeasparX provides tools to help users generate and manage content ideas, including via a Chrome Extension and related web apps. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
Subscriptions and Billing
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis. You can change plans or cancel at any time; access remains until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
Account Deletion
You may request account deletion at any time. Data handling after deletion is described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse or interfere with the service
- Do not attempt to access data you are not authorized to access
- Do not use the service for unlawful activities
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer or abuse rate limits
- Do not use automated means to scrape or extract data in violation of platform terms

All product content, branding, and software are owned by Heaven Made Ventures LLC and protected by applicable laws.
